If we have a strong conviction in your project, we will expedite the process to make a quick investment decision.
In general, we prefer not to take the lead and instead opt for investing with SAFE agreements to maintain flexibility. However, we have also taken the lead and fully participated in funding rounds alongside our VC co-investors. We typically anticipate smooth negotiations that are favorable to the founders.
We organize a 1-hour Q&A call with our community to convince them that you are the next Climate unicorn. Our VC co-investors also love to join these calls and often follow our signal to invest.
Once the commitments are collected, we proceed with the wire within 30 days. This is extremely fast, blasting past traditional funds and running 4 to 5 times faster.

We aim to delve deep and act swiftly by conducting market analyses, expert calls, and competitive analysis. If needed, one of our network experts will join a call with you to confirm assumptions and strengthen our conviction. With most of the elements in place, we can reach a final investment decision.
We receive hundreds of decks per month. Initially, we sort them based on our pre-selection criteria, which include the following: the round's terms (pre-money valuation under $20m), the quality of the founders' pitching and vision, a tech maturity between TRL 4-7, an enormous market size, the transformative potential of the technology, and the ability to deliver significant impact in transforming the industry.
