Climate Insiders Referral Program Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Climate Insiders Referral Program! By participating in our program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility:
- Any member can become a referral partner, subject to approval by Climate Insiders.
- Climate Insiders reserves the right to reject any application for any reason.
2. Referral Commissions:
- Referral partners earn a 20% commission on each successful referral that results in a purchased membership.
- Commissions are calculated based on the membership fee paid by the referred user.
- Payments will be made in US dollars (USD) and will be processed monthly.
3. Payouts:
- Referral partners are eligible for payouts once their accumulated commission reaches a minimum of $100.
- Payouts are processed within 30 days of meeting the minimum threshold.
4. Discount for Referrals:
- The referral link provides a 10% discount to the referred user on their membership fee.
- This discount is valid indefinitely as long as the referred user remains an active member.
5. Referral Link:
- Referral partners can access their referral link through the Referral dashboard.
- The referral link is unique to each partner and is essential for tracking referrals and attributing commissions.
6. Prohibited Activities:
- Referral partners must not engage in any form of spamming or unethical promotion.
- Partners must not create false or misleading impressions about Climate Insiders or its services.
- Any violation of these terms may result in the termination of the referral partner's account and forfeiture of commissions.
7. Termination:
- Climate Insiders reserves the right to terminate the referral relationship at any time for any reason.
- In case of termination, any outstanding commissions not yet paid will be forfeited.
8. Changes to the Program:
- Climate Insiders reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at its discretion.
- Referral partners will be notified of any significant changes to the program via email.
9. Agreement Acceptance:
- By participating in the Climate Insiders Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
